“She opens her mouth with wisdom,
and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” (ESV)

This verse paints a powerful picture of a woman whose words are intentional, thoughtful, and rooted in truth. 🤲

✨ Speaking with Wisdom

Wisdom isn’t just knowledge — it’s knowing when, how, and why to speak.
A Proverbs 31 woman:
• Thinks before she speaks
• Seeks understanding before reacting
• Uses her voice to build, not break

✨ A Woman of Discernment

Discernment is spiritual perception. It’s the ability to:
• Read the room
• Recognize truth from distraction
• Offer counsel grounded in faith and experience

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY.

Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own perspective. When you stop internalizing the opinions and actions of others, you free yourself from needless suffering.
📖 Proverbs 29:25 (NIV):
“Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.”
Easier said than done — but turning to God, staying in prayer, being in the Word, and intentionally taking every thought captive will help drown out the noise.

There’s no single “right” way to belong here.

At AWC, we welcome women from every background and every path. Horses or no horses. Cows or no cows. Crops or no crops. Boots, boardrooms, or somewhere in between—you’re welcome!

What matters is heart.

A willingness to learn, to support one another, and to stand up for agriculture and the Western heritage and way of life we care so deeply about.

Welcome to Ag Women Connect – Jackson County!

I am SO excited you’re here!

My name is Brooke Belicek — I’m a wife, mama to three girls, and a full-time partner on our family farm. Agriculture isn’t just what we do… it’s our lifestyle, our calling, and something I deeply believe in. One of my greatest passions is supporting and encouraging women in agriculture — because we are capable, resilient, and often carrying more than people see.

That’s exactly why I started Ag Women Connect – Jackson County Chapter.

This group is for all women — whether you farm, ranch, work in ag, are married into it, raise kids in it, run a business, love gardening, homesteading or simply love the rural way of life. You belong here!

We’ll host local meet-ups, fun workshops, tours, and events designed to bring women together, build friendships, spark ideas, and create a strong, supportive community right here at home.

If I don’t know you yet, I cannot wait to meet you. If I do, I’m so glad you’re here.
