Phase 1- Clean out the entire crawlspace, remove all the existing insulation, debris and treat the wooden components with hydroxy peroxide agent!

With last week’s temperatures in the 100’s and high humidity, these 2 crawlspaces turned out great! Not to mention it was about 75 degrees with 55% relative humidity when we finished. Not bad working conditions.

Had to be creative on this one!! We actually had to build stairs for the bats to be able to get out of the bat valves. Customer stated “he had never seen so much guano from where the bats exited by the valves- covered the outside porch area and table over night!”
