Knocked out a couple driveway entrances for a client. We also opened up a small field and some trails. These entrances were installed to help gain access to multiple parcels of ground getting ready to hit the market soon in hocking hills.

🚧 Another sewer problem solved! 🚧

Our customer had been dealing with a backed-up sewer line for quite some time. After multiple attempts to clear the blockage using drain snakes and roto-rooter services, the issue still wasn't resolved.

We stepped in and installed a brand-new sewer line from the home to the sewer main. Since the existing sewer tap was no longer usable, we also installed a new sewer tap to ensure everything was connected properly and built to last.

Cleaned up an over grown field and cut trails for easy access around 7 parcels of property that will be hitting the market soon. Installed 4 new driveway entrances and over 1500’ of conduit through the woods for AEP to supply power to each parcel.

Pond Restoration Project Complete ✅

This pond had become overgrown and was experiencing a leak in the dam. We excavated and removed the old failing spillway, installed a keyway, packed in new material, and installed a new 12" double-wall culvert to ensure proper water control.

We also reshaped the pond banks, grading the washed-out and steep areas into a safer, mowable slope. To help maintain water levels, we reworked the pond elevation and installed a layer of clay around the entire pond up to the new waterline.

To finish the project, we treated the lily pads with an aquatic herbicide and added pond dye to improve appearance and help control future vegetation growth.

The result is a cleaner, healthier pond with improved water retention, better accessibility, and a fresh new look.

Put the new semi & dump trailer to work today hauling stone. Also installed a concrete block barrier for a great client to keep semi trucks from running off the edge of the concrete and crushing a new 6” French drain.

Been a busy few weeks. Here are some pictures of a few jobs we’ve knocked out. House foundation, Driveway repair, Sewer line replacement, Water trough install and over 600’ of French drains.

Had my buddy Seth Daniels SD Mechanical & Fab LLC build a custom hitch for our semi and he knocked it out of the park. Now we can hook to any trailer making mobilizations easier. Started leveling out for a 56’X 52’ foundation. Time for retaining wall footers.
