We never claim that we're perfect but we always treat everyone who came into our store with respect and kindness. Yesterday, Rudy Guajardo and Karen Hansen came to our store with a QR code for the UPS store. My employee explained to them that we can't accept that and they walked out.

Later, they posted 1 star reviews on Google stating that she yelled and was rude to them. Can anyone tell me who they are so I can have a civilized conversation with them?
