Customer stated the pond water level enters the yard after a big rain, and early spring.
I’m not gonna say the name of the company that sold them a BURM in the middle of the back yard.

If you have a project make sure to get a licensed, insured company with references. Up front cost might be a little more, but could save thousands!

We started the project by adding drain tile
Added concrete stairs to the walk out basement to meet grade level.
Hauled in 80 tons of material
