Broadway & Sons Trucking, Inc. represents nearly three decades of family legacy, civic pride, and dependable service rooted in Jackson, Tennessee. Founded in 1995 by Royce and Kay Broadway, the company has grown into a preferred trucking provider serving communities from the Mississippi River to the Tennessee River, specializing in hauling dirt, sand, and gravel for both commercial and residential customers.

Following the passing of Royce, Kay assumed the role of President and continued leading the business alongside their son Wesley, Vice President. In the years that followed, the Broadways saw increased demand and needed to expand their fleet as a result of being a preferred trucking provider for a vendor tied to the largest investment project in Tennessee history.

To support this expansion, Kay contacted the Jackson TSBDC seeking guidance on financing options to purchase four additional dump trucks. Henry Smith (Center Director) supported the Broadways in developing a professional business plan, assembling a lender-ready documentation package, and connecting with potential lenders. With TSBDC support, Broadway & Sons was able to secure the funding to purchase the trucks and create four new driver positions. The company has since added two more trucks, underscoring the continued growth of this family-owned business.

Congratulations to the whole Broadway & Sons Trucking team, we're honored to support the next chapter of your business!
