Mode Shifter, GE Hotpoint top load washer would only allow a little bit of water and then stops, nothing more. First check was the lid lock, all good. Broke out my new tool, GE Service Module which connects to the appliance and identifies the issue. Great tool, good repair, happy customer

Customer stated her dryer is not drying her clothes. I checked the dryer and found the Thermal Cut Off was bad. As Whirlpool recommends I replaced the Thermal Cut Off and the Thermostat. The dryer is now drying clothes and the customer is happy
