Mike Seals founded CFO Performance Group LLC in February 2013 with a simple mission in mind... to bring his clients sound financial, accounting, and operational support and strategies to improve the performance of their overall business. Mike, with over 30 years of experience including owning his own small businesses, realized that many small Companies do not have the resources or the need to hire
their own, full-time CFO. In addition, many small businesses are somewhat limited in doing business "the way they have always done it" and that can be a liability in an everchanging business environment. As a result, Mike's concept was to bring the skills, experience, and expertise of a CFO to all businesses though a "cooperative" effort. In other words, clients could have the same expertise at a fraction of the cost. Although CFO PG originally was founded to provide accounting and financial consulting services, it quickly expanded to provide operational improvement projects, Executive leadership support, and other business support strategies to assist an organization of any size in maximizing its potential and resources.
