Mountain Built Fitness is for everyone and anyone interested in improving his or her strength and functional movement patterns. From novice to elite my programming can be used to improve strength, range of motion, body composition, conditioning and mental toughness, the key components to being fit for the mountains and fit for life. My programming is designed to be scale-able for all fitness abili
ties, and versatile for all sports and life challenges. The Mountain Built Workout's posted on my website www.mtnbuiltfitness.com and on my FB page are free, there will be 3 per week, I encourage you to give them a try on your own. They are the workouts I use in my classes, I will always try to offer novice and advance modifications and supply some suggested weights to use, but of course it's tough to cover everyone in a short post.
