If you have already done this kind of work, we want to talk to you.

We recruit from military service and from law enforcement agencies, along with personal referrals and schools. If you have a DD214, if you have worn a badge, if you have stood a watch before, you already know most of what this job asks.

Full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal positions across Mississippi.

Apply at https://www.pendletonsecurity.com/employment/ or call (601) 952-0115.

Access control is not just checking badges.

At a gate or an entrance our officers monitor who comes in and out, process visitors and contractors, inspect bags and packages, give directions, es**rt people through the property, and handle delivery and receiving. They also maintain the records for every entry through those points.

That last part matters more than people expect. When something goes wrong, the log is what you have.

Banks, plants, distribution centers, gated communities, and office parks across Mississippi. (601) 952-0115

What a shift actually looks like.

You control who comes through the gate. You process visitors and contractors. You keep the entry and exit records straight. You walk the property and you stay visible, because a visible officer deters incidents before they happen.

Most shifts are quiet. That is the job working correctly.

We staff banks, hospitals, plants, schools, and gated communities across Mississippi.

Some posts require a specific kind of person.

A bank lobby and a hospital entrance ask the same thing of an officer: deter what you can, respond correctly to what you cannot, and give people good service while you do it. Customers and patients should barely notice our officer until the moment they need them.

Banks and healthcare facilities are both on our client list across Mississippi.

Let's talk about your property. (601) 952-0115

We stand watch.

Uniformed officers on your property, in the uniform that fits it. Stationary post, roving patrol, or both. Foot, vehicle, golf cart, bike, or Segway.

Banks, plants, hospitals, distribution centers, schools, hotels, retail, gated communities, and construction sites across Mississippi.

Family owned in Jackson since 1920.

Let's talk about your property. Give us a call at (601) 952-0115.

We are hiring right now in Jackson, Hattiesburg, Meridian, Columbus, Tupelo, Biloxi, Vicksburg, Grenada, and Batesville.

Full time. Part time. Temporary. Seasonal.

Work for a Mississippi family company that has been doing this since 1920, not a national chain running your schedule out of another state.

Apply online at https://www.pendletonsecurity.com/employment/ or call (601) 952-0115 and ask what is open in your city.

Not every property needs the same officer.

We run five uniform options: standard police style, military and BDU, blazer and executive, bike patrol and active outdoor, and customized with your own company or property markings.

Patrol runs on foot, by full size vehicle, golf cart, bike, or T-3 Segway. Officers can work a stationary post, roving patrols, or a combination. Patrol vehicles are clearly marked to work as a visible deterrent.

Tell us your property and we will tell you what it needs. (601) 952-0115.

Somebody is working today.

Hospitals do not close for Labor Day. Neither do plants, distribution centers, or gated communities. Our officers are on duty so other people can take the day off.

Thank you to every officer working a post this holiday.

Those posts have to be covered every day of the year. It takes a particular kind of steady to take those shifts. If that sounds like you, there are openings across Mississippi. Visit our website to apply now.

Our offices never close.

Dispatch is staffed around the clock, seven days a week, and supervisors are on call 24 hours a day. So a call at 2 a.m. reaches someone who can act on it.

That matters most when something happens with no warning. Disaster scenes, plant closings, strike coverage. During Katrina we increased officer services for our clients and for others well past normal levels.

Whether it is one officer for one night or ongoing coverage, we keep a large contingency workforce for exactly this. Call (601) 952-0115.
