He’s fantastic with our customers, is always willing to lend a helping hand, holds a large range of skills and pays close attention to the details. Whether he’s helping a customer or supporting a teammate, Russell is someone we’re grateful to have on our team!

Test the quality of your incoming water and don’t forget to schedule your annual water heater flush!

👨🏻‍🔧Something that might surprise you:
Russell is a big fan of Dungeons & Dragons and anime!

👨🏻‍🔧Favorite part of the job:
Getting to know people from every walk of life. It makes every day a little different!

👨🏻‍🔧What he’s doing off the clock:
Gaming, fishing or trying out a recipe he found online. (We vote he brings something delicious to the office)

👨🏻‍🔧Something most people don’t realize about plumbing:
Our work directly impacts the health and safety of our communities. Clean water and proper waste management play an important role in disease prevention!

We appreciate Russell’s positive attitude, his knowledge, his servants heart and the care he brings to every customer interaction. He’s a great example of what it means to be part of our team!

Chauncy has been part of the Roto-Rooter family since January 2008! That’s 18 years of dedication, experience and helping keep our customers drains flowing. 🤯 We’re lucky to have someone with that much experience on our team!

•One thing he thinks every homeowner should know:
