GenPro, LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance / Service Technician to join our team!
If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you. Generator experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and service on residential and commercial generators
• Troubleshoot and diagnose generator issues
• Install and replace generator components as needed
• Participating in the company’s on-call rotation for emergency service needs
• Completing service paperwork, work orders, inspection reports, and other required documentation
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and dependable
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Good problem-solving skills
• Professional and friendly with customers
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Able to lift, carry, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Generator, electrical, HVAC, automotive, small engine, or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required
