This year, we honor McCoy’s legacy by supporting the Live Like Jake Foundation; an organization dedicated to drowning prevention, providing swim lesson scholarships, and offering financial and emotional support to families navigating the unthinkable.​

Meet Rachel Sultzer, CLC, CBE, CD-PIC 💛

Rachel’s journey in child and family care began over 20 years ago as a childcare provider and full-time nanny, where she discovered a deeper calling—not just caring for babies, but supporting entire families, especially new and nursing parents.

Inspired by a mother she once supported who struggled with breastfeeding due to a lack of community education and resources, Rachel knew she had to do more. Her mission is simple:

✨ Provide compassionate, evidence-based, judgment-free support

Six whole years of our Halloween Sleepover tradition 🎃
It all started with just Marley, her love for Halloween made my heart so happy since it’s obviously favorite holiday too ☺️

Last year, we welcomed Cash into our spooky little tradition, and it made it even more special.

Every year, we kick things off with a trip to Spirit Halloween, dinner of their choice, a fun Halloween craft, and of course… Hocus Pocus!

I cherish these traditions — and these two — more than words can say. My hope is that one day, they’ll carry on these memories and share them with those they love just as much as I love them 💜
