Ideal for retired or self employed person. Candidate will have construction knowledge, good communication skills, reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual, own a smart phone. No evenings or weekends. As a 1099 contractor, insurance and business entity is required.

Major duties include: Assist in day to day management of modular home construction, meet contractors as needed, meet inspectors as needed, job site maintenance and inspection.

Excellent compensation based on draw schedule, full time pay for part time hours.
