Our lead instructor is a former combat infantry marine with over 15 years of shooting experience and 5 years of instruction. Our team is insured and certified by the National Rifle Association (NRA) and

as an Expeditionary Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor. We offer a range of courses, including basic to advanced pistol and rifle training, as well as a concealed handgun certification course. Our training is designed to provide our clients with the skills and knowledge they need to handle fi****ms safely and responsibly, whether for personal protection or recreational shooting. Our focus is on creating a supportive and safe learning environment where our clients can feel comfortable asking questions and receiving personalized instruction. We take pride in helping our clients achieve their shooting goals and develop their skills to the best of their ability. NC Governor Vetoes Permitless Carry Bill — As Expected

Governor Josh Stein has officially vetoed Senate Bill 50, which would have allowed North Carolina residents to carry concealed without a permit. The bill had passed both the House and Senate with Republican support but not enough to override a veto — a scenario we’ve been expecting since day one.

🔍 What SB 50 Would Have Done

Allowed permitless concealed carry for legal firearm owners.

Removed the requirement for a concealed handgun permit for most public places.

Preserved the permitting system for those who want reciprocity across states.

⚠️ Why the Veto Was Inevitable

Gov. Stein has long signaled opposition to constitutional carry. His office claimed the bill would "make North Carolina less safe," using the same tired rhetoric we’ve seen from anti-2A politicians for years. Despite record support from law-abiding gun owners and strong momentum in the legislature, the governor followed through with a veto that prioritizes fear-based politics over individual rights.

🛡 Why We Still Recommend Getting a Permit

This veto doesn't change what we’ve been saying:

Reciprocity: NC permits are recognized in over 35 states.

Legal Protections: Certain sensitive areas and interactions are easier to navigate with a valid permit.

Training Verification: Having a permit proves your commitment to responsible carry.

This veto is frustrating but not surprising. The governor is ignoring the will of millions of responsible citizens. More importantly, it shows once again why elections matter — especially state-level ones.

We’ll continue to train, educate, and push back against anti-gun narratives, and we encourage all supporters of the Second Amendment to stay informed, get involved, and make your voice heard.
