I’m just thinking out loud: What services are are lacking during the summertime that can create a stream of income?

Childcare- School is out, but parents still have to work! 👧

Online Summer Tutoring Program- It’s too hot to leave the house( Oh, and gas is expensive) 💻

Swim Instructor- This is a needed skill, and who wouldn’t want to get in the water in this heat 🤷🏽‍♀️

Travel Agent- Most of traveling happens during the summertime and holidays… take advantage! ✈️

Pet Sitting - Everyone can’t travel with their pets/ also the pet boarding companies may be booked 🐕

Meal Prepping- Even though I love to cooked- it’s hot in that kitchen when it’s already 100 degrees outside 🍲

One of my banks was teaching on business loans.
They’re looking for the below:

1. Capital- Your Money ( You have to invest in your vision).
2. Collateral- Assets ( The lenders still wants to be paid even if you default on the loan).
3. Character- Personal & Business Credit ( How’s your track record with money management).
4. Capacity- Repayment ( Even if your credit is A1, you’re not going to get a 1 Million Dollar Loan, if you’re financially not able to pay it back).
5. Conditions- Business Plan ( Are you built to withstand storms? Have you done your research to make sure you’re a sustainable business )

I paraphrased to give a few ideas! I hopes this helps some business owners 🥰

***** CREDIT NUGGETS*****

The easiest thing to correct/dispute with the credit bureaus is your personal information!

1. Look at all three reports.
2. Check for discrepancies ( Misspelled names, incorrect date of births, incorrect social numbers, and more)
3. Check for old information ( Previous addresses, old jobs, telephone number, and more)
4. Send a letter to the bureaus asking them to remove everything that’s not current. Ladies, you only need two names maximum on your report if you’re married. Men, you only need one name on your report. Too many aliases is a red flag!

Now when you go to dispute items, the system isn’t connecting dots through old information from your past 😉
