Before Mason plugs a fiber connector into anything, he puts it under an inspection scope and checks the tip for dirt. These connectors are all glass, smaller than you'd think, and they don't forgive a smudge.

Clean "enough" isn't our standard. We like to be a little extra. 🧼

🧠 + ❤️ Our hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, has some seriously big brains, and even bigger hearts.

This year's Ultimate Tech Leaders are building shoes you fix instead of toss, running companies that give away 10% of their profits, and working on tech that could turn a 10-hour Army job into a 10-minute one. One of them has given more than 500 young people hands-on time with A.I., VR, and app development.

We're lucky to call these folks neighbors and loved being a part of the event to honor them. Congrats to every honoree!

CJ noticed something in our Jacksonville office wasn't getting used anymore - a whole stack of chairs. He wasn't about to let them stay that way. 🪑

So he made a few calls. Turns out the timing was good: Mandarin Oaks Elementary needed seating for teachers, and Angel Kids Pediatrics needed some for staff. Two places built around taking care of kids, one classroom and one appointment at a time - a little more comfortable now. 🫶

That's really the whole story. CJ saw a way to help, and made it happen.
