Which Jacksonville neighborhood feels most like home to you?

San Marco is a charming walkable district with upscale dining, boutique shops, and a fountain that has been a gathering point for generations. Homes here lean historic and well-maintained, and waterfront properties along the St. Johns offer some of the most beautiful views in the city.

It has a slightly more polished feel than Riverside but the community pride runs just as deep. Young professionals, established families, and longtime locals all live here side by side. The sunsets over the river from the waterfront parks are not to be missed.
