I'm officially retired after 50 years. Our business closed December 2023. However, I'm in a season of giving. I'm always watching out for new entrepreneurs needing business help but don't have the funds to hire a consultant. As the author of, "Living a Life of Tin Can Moments" I've just received the ultimate tin can moment. Two years ago I received a diagnosis of LPL Lymphoma in my bone marrow, Stage 4. I turned it over to God and asked for prayer. You prayed for my healing. Prayers were answered last week. I'm in remission. Who would have thought two years ago that my hereditary, non curable, bone marrow cancer, would end up in remission today. God is good. Prayers are powerful. We must always keep our faith strong. January 19th is National Tin Can Day! This day celebrates the storage of perishable foods in tin cans. British merchant Peter Durand received the original tin can patent in 1810. Ezra Daggett and Thomas Kensett received the US patent on January 19, 1825. These patients were for food containers.
