This free open-house event is designed to connect stroke survivors, caregivers, and families with local experts in neurological rehabilitation and the innovative resources available to support recovery beyond the hospital or traditional outpatient setting.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with a collaborative network of rehabilitation providers and technology partners, including:

Home in Mind Occupational Therapy – Specialists in neurological rehabilitation providing expert, evidence-based occupational therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. By combining advanced rehabilitation techniques with innovative technologies, Home in Mind helps individuals maximize independence, function, home accessibility, and quality of life without needing to travel to an outpatient clinic. Mobile outpatient practice.
Empowered Voice Rehabilitation – Providing specialized evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders resulting from stroke and neurological injury.
