Experienced Relax at Hand in Jacksonville and enjoyed a really nice massage with Carmen.

As someone who has spent 20+ years in the treatment room, I always notice the little things that create a great selfcare experience.

👂🏾 Sound: Relaxing soft meditative music
👃🏾 Scent: Clean, welcoming aroma
✋🏾 Touch: Good pressure and knowledge on my specific needs and tension areas.
🫖 Hospitality: Thoughtful touches that made the visit feel comfortable and cared for.

Overall I enjoyed my experience and Carmen did a wonderful job. As someone who’s spent years in the treatment room myself, I always appreciate a therapist who takes pride in their craft.

And the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that your career does not have to look like everyone else’s to be successful.

Working twenty plus years as an esthetician is a blessing and I don’t take that lightly. I’ve seen the trends, the mistakes, the growth, and the things that actually last.

Whether you’re an esthetician in year 1, year 5, or year 10 trying to figure out your next move, I know what it takes to build a career that lasts.

And if you’re a client or someone who simply enjoys learning more about skincare and the beauty industry, you’re welcome here too.
