More than a decade ago, our Founder started Greight Company to help professionals especially military spouses grow, flourish and thrive in their careers as they navigate career challenges due to frequent moves.

Today, our brand has grown into corporate training, management consulting, executive coaching and organizational development consulting company where we help upskill, reskill and create thriving workplaces for all.

We added book publishing along the way to further support military-connected families because work and family life management is important.
