bly served as a United States Marine for over 22 years. During that time, I worked in various rolls that allowed me to learn leadership from the subordinate position to being a senior enlisted advisor for 230 Marines, responsible for their morale, welfare, and leadership. I completed my military career as an Engineer Equipment Maintenance Manager as well as the Senior Enlisted Advisor where my job entailed not only maintenance of equipment but the success and readiness of personnel. During my career, other opportunities allowed me to serve as a Recruiter in the city of Chicago to help young men and women make great and well educated career decisions. I was also a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, to help guide men and women through some of their most difficult times in life and get them the proper assistance needed help them remain not just ready to serve their country but remain healthy successful citizens. I was also a Su***de Prevention Master Trainer and in that position, I trained leaders on the awareness and signs to create a zero tolerance su***de culture among Marines. I accepted these opportunities because I know that organizations function with people who aren mentally or physically prepared. While leadership and training are an enormous part of my way of adding value to people, my core values and passion lies within speaking and coaching people to the next level of success. My goal is to help everyone to wants to grow to be the best at whatever it is that they desire to become. I will do this through speaking, coaching and training, using the John Maxwell philosophy along with my personal and professional experiences.
