THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) AND HOW IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER BEFORE
What Has Changed and Why?

I do not need to tell any of you that are in Customer Service or trying to take care of your customers, no matter what your business involves, the last 30 months have been a challenge. Based on my involvement with many CX Professionals and the content being shared, customers are expecting a better experience and demanding some different ways to engage with your company.

Whether you are a convenience store or an insurance company, the CX is more important than it has ever been. How have you and your company adapted to delivering a great Customer Experience based on the new business requirements that have been forced upon us? The little things matter, and you need to pay attention to every detail.

Picking the telephone up after 2 rings, responding to emails immediately or within a reasonable period of time (1 hour?), doing what you said you would do, being enthused about the person that is speaking with you, etc…..

Get In The Game SE and Robert Zinsser will be hosting a celebration at Client Focused Media offices in San Marco on Friday, January 23rd. It is the official incorporation 5th anniversary of Get In The Game SE. It has been an exciting five years as I have built the business and looking forward to more exciting times ahead. All friends, clients past and present, and prospective clients are invited to a catered lunch. Looking forward to the celebration with all.
