#4- Invoices will be sent out M-F by 10PM INVOICE PAYMENTS ( THREW PAYPAL ONLY) ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HRS NO LATER THAN 10PM NEXT DAY ( For Example if you get invoiced on a friday and we are closed saturday and sunday your invoice is still due Saturday night by 10PM The shop is closed but we are still working those days refreshing the albums, submitting orders to Suppliers and making sure to answer any questions anyone has
#5- Shipping Prices **VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND** This is how shipping will work We will ship Flat rate boxes you will be charged what they charge we don't up price on shipping if you have large items we will get you a price asap ( Baskets are considered large items ) We will be contacting our local post office to get everyone the best price we can so shipping wont be so expense
Shipping Times- Shipping Times are different for each item please see in description under the product please understand we order from our supplier and shipping times can take up to 30 days because we order from supplier than have it shipped to us than ship it to you we will do our best to have a fast turn around for you.... Also everyone will have tracking its included in PAYPAL If an issue ever comes about please message admins and contact your post office and we will look into it as well
#6- IF YOU ARE LOCAL TO CRYSTAL or MYSELF WE WILL SET A MEET UP DATE FOR PICK UPS Crystal will handle Orange Park areas & I will Handle Mandrin, Jacksonville and surrounding areas for pickups
#7- Payment's & Invoices - IF YOU PLACE AND EMAIL ON COMMENTS AND DO NOT PAY INVOICE BY 10pm NEXT DAY YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM GROUP! alot of hard work goes into this and we dont have time for it!! Now we understand things happen and thing come up but we need to be messaged asap before the 24hrs are up otherwise invoice will be deleted and you will be blocked from group We only accept payments threw PayPal the reason being is its 100% insured on your end and our end, you are responsible for fees on orders to make payments threw PayPal

What is a MOQ- Our's is a Min of orders to be able to close and submit to our supplier after 1 week if order has not been meet a refund will be issued or We will ask everyone if they would like to extend the product for another week
