Gerald is one of those people.

From the earliest days outside of the owners, Gerald has been a true foundation of Floaters. His consistency, work ethic, and loyalty have shaped the way we operate and set the standard for what dedication looks like on our team. Day in and day out, Gerald shows up ready—no hesitation, no shortcuts, no excuses. He simply puts his head down and gets the job done.
What makes Gerald truly special isn’t just his reliability—it’s his commitment over time. He rarely misses a day, never calls out, and continues to give his all no matter how tough the job gets. In many ways, he doesn’t just work here—he lives and breathes Floaters, and that spirit has left a lasting mark on our company culture.

We cannot put into words how much Gerald means to this company. His dedication, loyalty, and work ethic have helped shape who we are today, and we are truly grateful to have him as part of our foundation.

As Owner, Aaron leads the team with hands-on experience, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for serving the community. His leadership has helped the business grow while staying true to the family values it was founded on.
