Tamara Lindsay is the founder and owner of R3C Behavior Consulting, LLC and provides behavior consultation services to Children, Teens, & Adults throughout Oregon since 2018. Tamara is known throughout Oregon for her knowledge, creativity, and ability to work with some of Oregon’s most challenging individuals. Tamara originally began her career in the 1988 and worked as a team of professional, (Un

iversity of Oregon, WOU Teaching Research and the State of Oregon) to create we know as today, community placement. From there she went on to develop grass roots programs for high-risk youth that are still available in public school. Tamara has held positions as Case Management at County level, specializing with challenging behaviors, and as the Executive Director of Forensic Programs. Thereafter, Tamara owned and operated her own Residential Facility for youth and adults with forensic behavior for thirteen years while continuing to offer and direct her behavior consultation team. During the pandemic, Tamara chose to simplify and go back to her grass roots of offering exclusively Behavior Consultation, allowing for more time for her horses, art and of course her grandchildren.
