Welcome earthside Vali Jarrah! Born at 🏠, into dad’s hands, to the sweetest grom crew. I arrived just before sunrise as mom quietly hummed her way through transition. Big brother and sister helped me set up the tub and ready the supplies for the midwives. The quiet and peaceful energy of this home birth is magic in a bottle and something I wish everyone got to experience at some point in their life. There is no place like home 🌊🏄🏽‍♂️

Sometimes being at a birth is incredibly hands on and physically taxing, and then sometimes I have a mom with so much control that all she needs is a cold rag and gentle encouragement.

At 41 weeks, sweet Noa made her splash into the world! After switching to midwifery/birth center care half way through her pregnancy, this first time mom completely rocked her unmedicated birth. From intimate in-home childbirth education to a beautiful birth and postpartum baby snuggles, thank you Annika & Kevin for letting me be a small part in your story 💕✨💪

This incredible birth was a true testament to how each birth, even ones belonging to the same mother, can unfold differently. Each step along the way showing that we are not in control, and to surrender.

Sweet Hunter made us all patiently wait, but when he decided is was his birthday, he swiftly made he debut! Joining the most proud big sister and two big brothers to complete this family of SIX!
