When we were growing up, our parents talk about how important our health was. Some have taken it for granted, other may have followed their advice. But as we get older, we see how critical it is that how our parent’s advice when we were little would make a big difference in the future. And it is not just physical health that is being unbalanced, but our mental health as well.
