Malone AirCharter is proud to once again support the 12th annual Girls in Aviation Day, an opportunity to introduce the next generation to the possibilities waiting for them in aviation and aerospace.
As a woman-led aviation company, we know how important it is for girls to see women building careers and leading in this industry. That’s one reason Malone has been proud to participate in this event for several years.
Join us on Saturday, September 19, as the Women in Aviation International Jacksonville Chapter brings together young people, aviation professionals and organizations from across our community for a day of exploration and inspiration.
Whether someone is curious about the cockpit, aircraft operations, maintenance, engineering or another part of aviation, there’s a world of possibilities to discover.
The event is open to all ages, so bring the family. And if you know a young person who might be interested in aviation, share this with them!

The first of many.
Today we're celebrating National Intern Day by recognizing someone who made a little Malone AirCharter history.
This summer, Deyan Lee became Malone AirCharter's first intern. His passion for aviation, initiative and eagerness to learn made him a valued member of our team.
Deyan has a particular interest in aircraft market analysis and enjoys studying how different aircraft perform in today's marketplace. He gave a final report today on the last day of his internship.
Throughout his internship, he embraced opportunities to learn more about aircraft operations and business aviation while contributing to our team.
One of the highlights yesterday was welcoming Deyan's father to our hangar to see where his son spent the summer. Sharing that experience was meaningful.
As Deyan prepares to graduate from the University of Oklahoma this December, we're proud to give him our highest recommendation and look forward to seeing where his aviation career takes him.

Expert advice begins long before an aircraft joins our fleet.

Recently, Malone AirCharter's President & CEO Cristine Kirk, Director of Business Development Brian Neldner, and Director of Maintenance James Kelley traveled to Wichita, Kansas, to evaluate an aircraft for a prospective aircraft management client.

Aircraft management is about much more than accepting an aircraft into a program. It begins with asking the right questions, conducting a thorough evaluation, and determining whether an aircraft aligns with an owner's goals, operational needs, and long-term plans.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Part 135 aviation professional to lead our Charter Operations Department, overseeing charter sales, trip logistics, aircraft scheduling, customer service, aircraft owner relations, and pilot coordination.

Since transitioning to new ownership in 2021, Malone AirCharter has remained focused on delivering exceptional service while building a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is excited to help shape the future of a growing aircraft management and charter company.
