Please join us in congratulating First Officer Eric Anastasi on earning his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification, the highest level of pilot certification awarded by the FAA.
The achievement required months of preparation, culminating in both a written examination and an intensive simulator check ride. Earning an ATP is a significant milestone in a pilot's career and reflects a deep commitment to safety, professionalism and continuous improvement.
We're proud to have Eric on the Malone AirCharter team and look forward to watching his aviation career continue to soar.

Several weeks ago, an incident involving a valued client and their pet occurred at our facility. While arriving for a scheduled flight, the client’s pet was seriously injured by an animal on site associated with Malone AirCharter. We are deeply sorry for the injuries sustained and the impact this situation has had on the client and their family. We offer our sincere apology for what occurred.

This was a serious incident and does not meet the high standard we set for the safety of our customers and their guests. In response, we have taken immediate action. Animals associated with our team are no longer permitted on site, and we have implemented a formal Pets Policy to ensure a safe and controlled environment at our facility.

We remain committed to providing a professional, safe, and consistent experience for every client we serve, and to continuously improving every aspect of our operation.

🇺🇸✈️ Yesterday, our CEO, Cristine Kirk, represented Malone AirCharter and the business aviation industry on Capitol Hill in her role as Chair of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Board of Directors.

Alongside aviation leaders from across the country, Cristine participated in meetings with five Congressional and Senate offices, advocating for issues that directly impact aviation safety, efficiency, and the communities we serve.

Her focus was on two critical priorities:
✔️ Continued funding for Air Traffic Control modernization, helping build a safer, more efficient, and more resilient aviation system.
✔️ Protecting essential FAA services during government shutdowns, ensuring the safety and stability of our national airspace system regardless of political challenges.

In total, NATA advocates conducted more than 60 meetings with lawmakers and staff to discuss aviation safety, airport access, infrastructure, and policies that support the thousands of businesses and jobs our industry creates across the country.

Business aviation is much more than airplanes. It supports local economies, connects communities, enables emergency response, and creates opportunities for businesses large and small.

Team Member Spotlight: Mike Youngblood fell in love with aviation at age 4, the first time his grandfather took him to an airshow. Since then he never stopped thinking about planes. From learning to fly an aircraft to working at Malone AirCharter in roles including moving and prepping airplanes, to serving as a charter coordinator, he figured out that the best fit for him was to get training to become a mechanic.
In the 11 years he’s worked at Malone AirCharter, he’s spent most of his time working as a mechanic.
“I love problem solving and I like the people I work with. I really enjoy being a mechanic.”

🚨🐾 Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming our local K-9 teams onsite at Malone AirCharter for training exercises and practice scenarios right here at our facility.

It was an honor to support the incredible men, women, and K-9 partners who work every day to help keep our community, airport, and aviation industry safe. ✈️
