This week, we proudly celebrated Customer Service Appreciation Week by recognizing the incredible team members who are the heart of our organization. Every call answered, question resolved, and relationship built reflects the dedication, care, and commitment our employees bring to serving our customers and communities each day.

From breakfast pizza to kick off Monday, a popcorn and dirty soda bar, a catered Qdoba lunch, and a friendly chili cook-off competition, to collecting more than 75 items for donation to local food pantries in honor of our 75 years of service, the week was filled with fun, connection, and giving back.

To our team and to all customer service professionals everywhere: thank you for the patience, empathy, and expertise you bring to every interaction. You make a difference every day, and we are grateful for all that you do!

Here's to 75 years of service and the people who make it possible 👏🙌

Scam texts and phishing emails have gotten more convincing, and it's easier than ever to click without thinking. As part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, here are a few red flags to watch for.

⚙️Watch for urgent language demanding immediate action, requests for personal information or payment through unusual methods, and links from senders you don't recognize.

When in doubt, contact the company directly using a number or website you already trust, not one provided in the suspicious message. Taking a moment to pause before clicking can save you a lot of trouble. If you've received a message claiming to be from us and you're not sure it's real, reach out and we'll help you verify it. There's something about harvest season that puts things into perspective. The work of the year is coming together, the tables are fuller, and the days spent outside are numbered before winter sets in. We're grateful this time of year for the community we get to serve, for the farmers who fed us, the neighbors who lent a hand, and the small moments that remind us why rural life is worth showing up for. Whatever your harvest season looks like, we hope it's full of good company and a little more gratitude than usual.
