The key to the School for Radical Futures is its name. School comes from the Greek word for leisure, and it's meant to be a place to think and learn while having fun. Radical has to do with roots, with what is at the bottom of any visible issue or what is essential. And futures is a word that reflects that there are many possibilities for what is yet to happen.

We’re excited to offer the Essential Questions Workshop as a reward for our kickstarter campaign!

Join our Founder and CEO, Seth Goldenberg, in an interactive design thinking workshop on the questioning process to launch your year with success. Essential questioning has become a signature method of the Epic Decade Studio. It has been applied to companies ranging from Apple to American Express to community transformation with multi-stakeholder groups. In this workshop, Goldenberg will guide you through the proprietary "VVI framework" to improve the articulation of the questions propelling your life and work.

What began as a bespoke studio of creative strategists leveraging design thinking to catalyze cultural change, has grown into a platform of more than 3,000 leaders in forums called IDEAS Salons. Attended by executives from companies such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, GE, Disney, Oprah Winfrey Network, Harvard University, Kaiser Permanente, and more.  Salons are a blend between an artistic theater and think tank for business and social innovation.
