MY STAND – LEVEL 2

Bold. Grounded. Self-Expressed. Leader.

In Level 1, I declared that I am an authentic, integrous, and persistent leader. I still stand firmly in that declaration. I have not outgrown these qualities; they are the foundation of who I am.

As I continue becoming an embodied leader, I recognize that there is more of me to embrace, more of my voice to release, and more of my leadership to own.

Today, I stand as a BOLD, GROUNDED, SELF-EXPRESSED LEADER.

I am BOLD because I refuse to shrink myself, silence my voice, or make myself smaller for the comfort of others. I speak my truth. I stand in my convictions. I take up space without apologizing for who I am.

I am GROUNDED because I know that everything does not require my reaction. I remain rooted in my values, anchored in my faith, and secure in my identity, even when circumstances are uncomfortable. My peace is not dependent on the behavior or approval of others.

I am SELF-EXPRESSED because my voice matters. My experiences matter. My story matters. I give myself permission to show up fully, communicate honestly, and express what I think, feel, believe, and need without fear of being misunderstood or rejected.

I am a LEADER because leadership begins with me. I lead with accountability, courage, and discipline. I remain willing to grow, even when growth is uncomfortable.

I RELEASE THE NEED TO BE UNDERSTOOD BY EVERYONE.

I am no longer responsible for managing other people’s perceptions of me. I can be authentic without explaining myself repeatedly. I can be bold without being confrontational. I can be self-expressed without defending every word I speak.

I understand that being grounded means knowing when to speak, when to listen, and when to walk away.

I will not allow someone else’s misunderstanding of me to become a battle within me.

I can let people be wrong about me and still be at peace with myself.

I no longer need to prove my intentions to people who are committed to misunderstanding them. I can take accountability when I am wrong without taking responsibility for things that do not belong to me.

I am learning that not every situation requires a response, not every relationship requires continued access, and not every disagreement requires resolution.

My silence can be intentional. My boundaries can be loving. My peace can be nonnegotiable.

I am still authentic.

I am still integrous.

I am still persistent.

Now, I am also bold.

I am grounded.

I am self-expressed.

I am learning to lead without abandoning myself in the process.

I do not have to choose between compassion and courage.

I do not have to choose between peace and having a voice.

I do not have to compromise my authenticity to maintain connection.

My Level 1 stand established my foundation. My Level 2 stand declares how I choose to show up in the world.

I am no longer seeking permission, approval, or universal understanding to become the woman and leader I was created to be.

I AM A BOLD, GROUNDED, SELF-EXPRESSED LEADER.

And that is MY STAND.

💜 OCTOBER IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH 💜

This month is personal for me.

I am a survivor.

My experience with domestic violence wasn’t defined by bruises or broken bones. I experienced mental, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse—a reminder that abuse does not have to be physical to cause very real harm.

But that is not where my story ends.

Today, I am healing. I am thriving. I am walking in purpose. I am standing in my power. And as The Divine Solutionist, I stand with every survivor who is rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, and learning what life can look like on the other side.

Your story matters.
Your healing matters.
Your voice matters.
And you are not alone. 💜

Throughout Domestic Violence Awareness Month, The Divine Solutionist supports survivors, raises awareness, and advocates for a future free from domestic violence in ALL its forms.

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

For me, this month is personal.

I am a survivor.

And one thing I want people to understand is that abuse does not always leave a bruise you can see.

Domestic violence comes in many forms. My experience included mental, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse. There were wounds that weren't visible to the outside world, but they were wounds nonetheless.

There was a time when survival meant simply making it through the day, holding onto my faith, and believing that somehow there was still more life waiting for me on the other side.

And there was.

My story did not end in the places that tried to break me.

I healed.
I rebuilt.
I found my voice again.
I rediscovered the woman underneath the pain.
And eventually, I found the courage to tell my story.

Anointed Through the Ashes was born from that journey.

I didn't write it because every wound disappeared or because healing made me forget. I wrote it because I survived long enough to understand that what I went through did not get to have the final word over who I became.

The ashes are part of my story, but they are not the end of it.

Today, I am not simply surviving. I am thriving.

I am thriving as a mother.
I am thriving as an author.
I am thriving as a speaker.
I am thriving as a coach.
I am thriving as a business owner.
I am thriving as a community leader.
And most importantly, I am thriving as the woman I fought so hard to become.

That doesn't mean the journey has been easy or that healing happened overnight. It means what happened to me no longer gets to define what is possible for me.

During Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I honor the woman I was when she was simply trying to survive. I honor the woman who found the courage to heal, rebuild, and begin again. And I honor every survivor whose abuse may not have left visible scars but changed them nonetheless.

If there are no bruises, it doesn't mean there was no abuse.

You don't have to prove your pain for it to be real.
You don't owe anyone your story before you're ready to tell it.
You don't have to heal on anyone else's timeline.

And survival does not have to be where your story ends.

There can be life after the ashes. There can be purpose after the pain. And there can be thriving after survival 💜

My competition has always been the woman in the mirror.

I don’t need to be better than anybody else. I need to be better than the version of me I was yesterday.

I’m not watching anybody else’s lane to determine how far I’ve come. I created my own lane a long time ago. I’m too busy building, growing, learning, healing, and becoming.

Me vs. me. Every single time.

Y’all… meet Domi the Lioness. 😂👑

I asked ChatGPT to create a mascot based on my personality and somehow THIS little diva showed up.

And honestly? The accuracy is a little disrespectful. 😂

Pink glasses? Check.
Crown? Obviously.
A little side-eye? Absolutely.
And a Dominion Mode cup because apparently she has boundaries, business to handle, AND beverages to drink. 😂

So it’s official: Domi the Lioness is now the mascot of The Divine Solutionist.

Her motto?

“Grace in her posture. Dominion in her paws.”

She represents exactly what I teach: faith, strategy, impact, confidence, and knowing how to stand in your authority without losing who you are.

And judging by that look on her face, Domi will also be assisting me with identifying foolishness moving forward. 😂
