Welcome to Obsolete Devices Support Group—where forgotten tech comes together to share their stories. You’ve got the old VCR in the corner still talking about ‘the good old days,’ a couple of retired monitors reminiscing about when they actually had a purpose, and a group of devices quietly realizing they’ve been replaced by something thinner, faster, and already outdated too.

It’s a tough crowd in here—but the message is simple: don’t let your old tech sit around collecting dust, taking up space, or causing you a headache every time you walk past it. We’re proud to spotlight Diana De La Mora and the impact she continues to make on URT’s Assets team. As a Quality Control Technician, she brings a thoughtful, efficient, and highly organized approach to her work, helping streamline safety inspections, improve reporting processes, and support e-commerce and customer service responsibilities with consistency and care. Diana stands out for her strong problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and steady leadership through action, all while staying focused on doing things the right way and supporting the broader mission of giving materials a second life.

When asked about her experience working at URT, Diana shared:
