Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Position Overview

Under the direction of the COO, is someone who will perform a variety of accounts receivable, reporting, daily tasks, reconciliations, and general accounting functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
• Private pay and public pay billing
• Accounts receivable aging reports
• Collection of accounts receivable and reconciliation of accounts receivable
• Customer reports
• Down payment processing
• Assisting residents and families with LTC insurance billing
Marginal Job Functions:
• Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
• Monthly reporting, other projects and analysis as assigned
• Update procedural documentation/SOP's
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
• High school diploma/GED/HSED required
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
• Additional consideration given for experience or certifications
• Experience with QBO a plus

• Confidential, understands the ethical standards of credit and collections
Skills
• Solid computer skills. Use of multiple programs, software, and Microsoft tools.
