Effective immediately, all quotes will automatically transition to Archived status after 30 days.

If you wish to proceed after that time, we will need to reassess current equipment pricing and issue a new quote before the project can move forward.

Unfortunately, we have had situations where deposits were submitted on quotes well past the 30-day window, some dating back nearly a year. This has created scheduling and pricing issues.

This policy change is necessary to ensure accurate pricing and proper scheduling. We appreciate your understanding as we work to prevent delays and keep projects moving efficiently.

** iCloud Unlock Requests **

I have recently been asked about performing iCloud unlocks on Apple devices. I want to make this clear for everyone.

I do not offer iCloud unlock services.

Apple’s iCloud and Activation Lock are security features that cannot be legitimately removed by third parties. Any service claiming they can unlock an iPhone or iPad without the original Apple ID or proof of purchase is either a temporary bypass or a scam.

The only legitimate ways to remove an iCloud lock are:

The original owner removing the device from their iCloud account

Apple unlocking the device with valid proof of purchase

If a device is Activation Locked and the original owner cannot be reached, the device is unfortunately not recoverable for normal use.

My goal is to protect my customers from wasted money and potential legal issues.

If you have questions about a device before purchasing it secondhand, feel free to reach out and I will gladly help you verify it first.

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I announce Windows 10 went EOL peacefully at 12:01am EST on 10/14/2025

Windows 10 was not alone in its last moments of support, was amongst friends and has joined Windows XP, Windows 7 and other rock solid operating systems in the cloud and our memories.

Please observe a moment of silence tonight as we remember our dear operating system friend.
