It’s simple changes you can make to help your family live healthier! Simple homemade tortilla shells for that oh so loved Taco Night!

4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 to 1 cup warm water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 stick of softened butter

Mix all ingredients in your stand mixer until combined. Let rest for 20 minutes. Divide into balls. Roll each one out on a floured surface. Heat pan and cook each tortilla until little cooked bubbles appear! Enjoy!!!!

3 ingredient whip cream!
Heavy whipping cream
Sugar
Vanilla extract (or any flavor of your choosing)

Whip in a standing mixer start slow and increase speed gradually. This process usually takes 15-20 minutes to get that whip cream consistency.
