What I Offer My Customers – More Than Just Cleaning! 🧹🛠️🐾
When I come to your home, I go beyond surface cleaning. I take care of the details most overlook—and I’m always happy to help with a few extra tasks along the way.

🧼 Thorough Cleaning Includes:
• AC vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures (as needed)
• Light switches, door frames, and baseboards
• Outside of all kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors
• Furniture flipped and vacuumed under (and over!)
• Countertops wiped down—including underneath items
• Window sills dusted and cleaned
• Appliances polished
• Linen changed (if needed) and beds made
• Ovens and inside refrigerators/freezers ($20+)
• Bathrooms get extensively cleaned top to bottom, including ring around the toilet and tub stains.
•Bedrooms - ceiling fans, furniture and ac vents are dusted. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.
🧽 Extras:
• Blinds cleaning available for an extra charge

🛠️ Handy Help:�Got a small repair or something that needs fixing? I’m a bit of a handyman and happy to lend a hand while I’m there.

🐶 Pet-Friendly Service:�I can also watch your dog while I clean—because I care about your whole household!

🚫 What’s Not Included:
• No residential laundry service

•Vrbo and air bnb laundry is included. Also for vacation rentals we keep stocked with toiletries and paper products.

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and let you know that I’ll be making a small change to my pricing. Over time, I’ve brought on helpers to make sure each cleaning is deeper and more thorough, and that I can give every space the attention it deserves. On top of that, the cost of living has gone up, and many other cleaners in the area are already charging higher rates.

To keep up and continue offering quality service, I’ll now be charging based on square footage. The new rate will be 10 cents per square foot for homes up to 3,000 sq ft, and 5 cents per square foot for anything over 3,000 sq ft with a base rate of $150.00 for homes 1500 sq ft or less. This will help make pricing more fair and consistent across the board.

I truly appreciate your support and understanding—it means a lot to me. If you have any questions or want a quote based on your space, just let me know!
