All-inclusive monthly rental rates range from $1,500 to $4,500 depending on the unit.
Your monthly rent not only gives you the space of your exclusive office suite, but also includes:
- Electric, water, sewer, and trash
- Property taxes and building insurance
- Fiber Internet
- Telephone service and telephones for everyone in your office
- Access to a common break room, kitchen, and public restrooms
- Unlimited use of two additional conference rooms with seating for up to 10 in each
- Reception area and full-time receptionist to greet and direct your clients
- Notary in office
- Janitorial service taking care of all common areas
- All Riverpark Office Suite tenants also receive a 20% unlimited discount card on food from Big Whiskeys for themselves and their employees
When you lease from us, we will also provide you with your company’s logo for your suite door and the outdoor signage at no cost to you. Your business will also be displayed on the four directories that we have placed throughout the building.
