🥊 EVERY MAN GETS HIT. STRONG MEN DON’T FIGHT ALONE.

What an incredible morning at the Kinderhook Men’s Retreat!

It was an honor to share my keynote, P.U.N.C.H.—When Life Hits Back: The Courage to Be Known, with more than 100 growth-minded businessmen from across the country.

We explored a powerful truth:

Abundance is not a life where you never get hit. Abundance is having enough truth, faith, courage, and brotherhood to keep getting back up.

🥊 P — PRESSURE reveals the man.
Pressure doesn’t create what is inside us—it exposes it.

🥊 U — UNMASK what you have been hiding.
You cannot heal what you continue to conceal.

🥊 N — NAME what is real.
What you refuse to name will continue to control you.

🥊 C — CONNECT with your corner.
Every man needs someone who knows the real story.

🥊 H — HARNESS the hit.
Don’t waste the punch. Let failure teach you, loss deepen you, adversity strengthen you, and God’s grace reshape you.

My challenge to every man was simple:

1️⃣ Name one punch.
2️⃣ Tell one brother.
3️⃣ Take one step.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity, the powerful conversations, and the brotherhood experienced this weekend.

I’m SUPER excited! ✈️🔥

I’m headed to Orlando, Florida, for a week focused on leadership growth, serving others, sharpening my saw, and continuing my professional education and development.

This week is about investing intentionally—gaining new knowledge, strategies, leadership resources, and practical tools that I can bring back and share with our teams, our businesses, our clients, and the communities we have the privilege to serve.

And this year makes the experience even more meaningful.

We’ll be celebrating 50 years of leadership, service, and ministry. For five decades, millions of people around the world have been impacted by his commitment to developing leaders who make a difference.

We’re also celebrating 15 years of the John Maxwell Team this August—another incredible milestone!

Personally, this year marks 8 years since I joined this outstanding leadership community. It remains one of the best decisions I have made for my personal and professional growth.

The relationships.
The mentorship.
The resources.
The experiences.
The continued learning.

All of it has helped shape the leader I am today—and continues challenging me to become the leader I still want to be.

I’m also grateful for the opportunity to continue growing and serving through the Executive Director Program, the Live2Lead President Advisory Council, and the Mentorship Program.

But growth was never meant to stop with us.

We grow so we can help others grow.
