For over 80 years, Fechtel Beverage has been here for our community when they needed a beer the most. We have supported our neighbors through wars, floods, fires, and tornadoes, and on Friday we announced our newest program to help those in need in our community. Through a partnership with the United Way of Central Missouri we are proud to establish the Central Missouri Food Service Industry Relief Fund, to help individuals in the restaurant/bar industry in central Missouri who have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19.

A huge thank you to Senator Mike Kehoe, Senator Dan Brown, Senator Jeanie Riddle, Senator Rob Schaaf, and Senator Jill Schupp. We had a lot of support to block SB919, but this group exemplified what it means to be a true representative of the people. They give a good name to politicians and we can't thank them enough for supporting Missiourians and their craft brewers. Although SB 919 unfortunately passed their support never wavered.

Call or write your State Senators or Representatives and urge them to vote NO on SB 919! This bill being pushed through by ABInbev attempts to remove protections of tied-houses that led the US into prohibition. If passed this bill puts small craft brewers in jeopardy and could significantly reduce choice and value in your favorite beer aisle! Tell your reps you want to protect our small brewers and vote NO for this legislation that is only supported by and would only benefit ABInbev!
