Kansas City’s proposed flavor ban could cost the city up to six million dollars in lost tax revenue by pushing sales to neighboring states. Massachusetts saw a 24 percent drop in sales after their ban, with 90 percent of lost sales going out of state. Let’s not repeat their mistake.
