UPDATE ON OUTLOOK OUTAGE FROM THIS WEEK
Hello everyone!
The Outlook.com outage is officially over. However, you may be dealing with some lingering issues.
If you are still being constantly prompted for your credentials on your iPhone, you may need to do the following:
*Remove the account from the mail app if you are using the native iPhone mail app.
*Remove the account from the Outlook app on your phone.
*Then add the account back in again.

OUTLOOK ISSUES THIS MORNING!
Early this morning, we started seeing some issues with Microsoft Outlook. Specifically, outlook.com email access.
If you are on an iPhone and have your outlook.com email account setup there, you may be getting multiple prompts to re-enter your password. We are experiencing the same thing.
Microsoft is investigating, but no estimated time to restoral.
