Once more looking for help this week for moving items to an auction. Must be able to lift somewhat heavy items and either meet at UHaul on Jefferson Street in Frederick or the Frederick Fairgrounds. We are looking for someone who is able to serve concessions at the Frederick Fairgrounds for our auctions. Other auction companies may also reach out if this works out. We must have someone provide breakfast and lunch from 8 am to typically 2 at the latest on Saturdays, with someone available 8/15 for certain. Breakfast meaning coffee, breakfast sandwiches.... and lunch meaning sandwiches of some sort and other items, drinks...

Understand we must pay for every inch of space at the Fairgrounds on the outside so please don't reach out if you can't cover all requested. We've had so many companies say they can serve coffee or they can do one of the things. We need a company, truck, church, organization legally able to do this within the Fairgrounds facility.

Also to note, attendance ranges from 150 to 300 people at any given auction.
