🚨 Smoke Alarms Save Lives! 🚨
Jefferson Fire Department is pleased to partner with the American Red Cross in offering FREE smoke alarm installations to members of our community.
Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from a home fire in half. If your home needs smoke alarms, scan the QR code on the flyer and complete the request form. You may also call 216-361-5535 and leave your name, full address, and phone number.
Please note that carbon monoxide detectors are not included in this program.
Help us spread the word by sharing this post with your family, friends, and neighbors. A working smoke alarm could save a life! ❤️🚒

On behalf of everyone at the Jefferson Fire Department, thank you to everyone who came out to support our annual Water Wars: First Responders vs. Kids!

Each year this event continues to grow, and it's all because of the incredible support from our community. Seeing so many families come together for an evening of fun, laughter, and friendly competition is what makes this event so special.
We'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to our neighboring fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies for joining us this year. Your partnership and willingness to participate helped make this event another tremendous success.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and supported us. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community, and we can't wait to do it all again next year! 🚒💦❤️

See you all tonight!!!!

The day is finally here! We could not be anymore excited for this evenings water wars! Safety forces have called in reinforcements (because we know they’re scared of us kids 😉).

So we need all kids on board tonight! Bring your favorite water blasters and if you have water balloons as well you’re welcome to bring some!

We will have extra water blasters, water balloons and totes of water available to reload and conquer another year against the safety forces!

For those of you that this may be your first time attending…. I highly recommend bringing a towel and change of clothes for your kiddos (and possibly even yourself)! For by standers…..stand back, you’d be surprised how much water goes around. I can 💯 promise you no one will regret getting wet though, it’s such a good time!!

Parents- we please ask that you remind your kids to be mindful of other kids around them. There will be kids of all ages and sizes around and while I know it gets exciting we want to make sure everyone has a fun and safe time. Also, please help keep the kiddos away from the water stations until it is time to start. Once things get going it’s harder to replenish our stations.

We're just a couple of days away! 💦🚒
We can't wait to see everyone at Water Wars: First Responders vs. Kids!

Grab your sq**rt guns, bring your friends and family, and get ready for an afternoon full of laughs, friendly competition, and plenty of water. Whether you're helping the kids defend their title or cheering on the first responders, it's sure to be a fun-filled event that will leave everyone smiling.

Remember... the kids took the win last year, but this year we've called in reinforcements and extra apparatus. Do they have what it takes to defend their championship? There's only one way to find out!
