We recently had a company out of Atlanta, Georgia, reach out to us after being awarded a project in the St. Matthews area involving the cleanout of retention ponds at a local condominium complex.

This project presented a few new challenges for us. With the short hauling distance, we needed to find a way to transport the wet material while preventing water from running out of our dump beds along the way.

We came up with a unique solution using reventment socks as temporary corner seals, and it worked extremely well!

From start to finish, Two Dudes Excavating was involved in helping keep the project moving. We hauled the material away, coordinated with the dump-site owners, loaded trucks, assisted with cleanup, and helped keep everything running smoothly so the project could be completed safely and on schedule.

We’re proud of how our team was able to think outside the box, solve a problem we hadn't encountered before, and play a part in making the entire project glide by.

Another project completed, another challenge overcome!

We are on a job for the next few days and could use an extra triaxle dump truck if anyone is available?

We would like to work with other small companies to build solid relationships in the small business community but were not opposed to working with bigger companies either.

We always find fun projects for slow days in the dump trucks! We helped a friend line his back yard bank with riprap and dig out his mulch beds for some new mulch.
