It’s a choice. I am only interested in servicing families who have made the choice. There is ample literature; articles, websites, studies and friends doctors and relatives you can consult. Ultimately it is you as a parents responsible to make this and other decisions for your children. When you’ve made the choice that your son will be circumcised, let’s talk. Since 1991, I’ve strived to make this a positive experience for everyone.

Sometimes I perform a circumcision with many people in attendance other times it’s just me, baby and one parent or midwife.

You might ask me to take a group photo of everyone or take one yourself and include me. These are just a moment or two after the less than 2 minute procedure.

I know it may seem odd to hold a surgery in one’s home but I am able to support a sterile field anywhere. If you have a question don’t hesitate to call. You don’t need to be due right away, know the gender yet, or even be positive you want to use a mohel.

Parents who do not identify as Jewish may or may not relate to the biblical command associated with the covenant of Abraham. Nevertheless, the circumcision I perform in your home can be a deeply spiritual and meaningful experience, as I strive to provide a holistic approach and welcome you to read scripture that holds personal significance for you in that moment.

I am hospital trained by an OB/Gyn who was also the son and grandson of rabbis who were Mohels. That means I strive to bring a beautiful blend of modern medicine and tradition to this important event.
