There is always an opportunity for growth and discovery if you seek it. As humans, we should nurture our natural curiosity to evolve our abilities.

I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from Zam Barret (.dialogue) one of the best designers and pattern makers in the industry whose work and commitment to sustainability I truly admire.

Reposted .dialogue Andrea aka is an accessories designer based in New Jersey. She designs and produces wonderful coin purposes, card holders, bandanas etc from sustainable fabrics by way of skilled artisans in Ecuador the country of her roots. She wants to expand her concepts into clothing. So she decided to do our pattern making class. She never did pattern making before, but she has an incredibly high aptitude snd a meticulous attention to detail. This is her second time draping a bodice sloper. And it was so detailed and precise. I’m proud of her. These are the people I like to work with, to teach. They don’t want to skip steps, they don’t want to build on hype but on solid fundamentals.
I’m proud to be your teacher and to watch you learn!
