The summit felt different because it was different.

You saw diversity.

You saw women at every stage of business being poured into, celebrated, connected, and reminded of their potential.

You felt what happens when there is no scarcity in the room.

Women shared stages.
Shared resources.
Made introductions.
Started collaborations.
And actually took the time to learn one another’s businesses.

But trust is not built in one coffee chat.

Referrals do not come from one introduction.

And real business growth does not happen after one event.

I need every woman building a business to hear me when I say this:

Stop digging up the seeds you just planted to check if they’re growing.

It’s August 12th.

August might be Augusting. Life might be lifing. Your numbers might not look how you thought they would. The opportunities might feel quieter than you expected. And you might be looking around wondering if everything you’ve been building is actually working.

Lock. In.

Because you cannot spend the next season of your life so hyper-fixated on what hasn’t happened yet that you completely miss what IS happening.

The conversation that could change everything.
The person already watching you.
The opportunity getting closer.
The idea that keeps coming back to you.
The proof that you are not where you were six months ago.

Some of the things you prayed for are literally sitting at your doorstep, but you have to be willing to open the damn door.
