We took NGN beyond our usual circles and headed to Springfield, Massachusetts for the Free to Flourish Conference, hosted by the incredible Tatiana | Business Connector & Coach .

And this experience was such a beautiful reminder that entrepreneurship is about so much more than marketing, sales, strategy, and building a business.

It’s about the person behind the business.

It’s about personal growth. It’s about recognizing the environments we’re in, the beliefs we carry, the experiences that shape us, and the decisions that allow us to become who we’re meant to be.

Because when we grow personally, that growth has a way of showing up in how we lead, how we serve, how we connect, and ultimately, how we build our businesses.

We loved seeing the conversations, the stories, the connections, and the incredible women who came together to invest in themselves.
