It's with much sadness mixed with lots of love that the salsa will not be made before I leave for Dallas. I don't know what the future holds for it, in Texas...maybe I could resurrect it there, but for now, it's too much of a task to put into doing the way I want to do it; the way that it should be done - with time and love to do it right.

Thank you, everyone, who has supported the business for the fabulous run that it had for five years. Each of you, who bought a jar, brought it to the next steps to help it go forward to greater heights. I can't thank, each of you, enough, for everything.

I'm going to keep the page alive, for now. I'm not good at goodbyes. I believe in a future of "we'll meet, again, soon" type of philosophy.

Hello, salsa lovers! I wanted to let you guys know that I'm moving back home to Dallas in September. I was hoping that I would have the time to make a "special" batch of each flavor before I leave, but I'm not sure if that will happen. IT COULD HAPPEN, but it depends on my final work day at the day job. I will keep all posted as I would LOVE to be able to do this, one more time, and sell them to each of you, who have loved the salsa and have supported the business for years. I will keep all posted as to what will come next. : )

Happy New Year, salsa lovers! I hope that each of you had a wonderful holiday season with your family, friends, and loved ones. I'm finally feeling refreshed and ready to see what 2018 will bring! Hi salsa lovers! I know, it's been a long time since my last post on this page. Today marks three months that I've been back in town, and next week will be three months at the new job in the city.

At some point, I will begin to make more salsa, but it will be in very limited quantities, for now. I will keep you posted on when production will begin, but it will definitely be closer to the holidays.

A huge and heartfelt "thank you" for not leaving this page. I miss each of you and your friendly faces and chats at the markets, and I miss cooking and bringing fun and happiness through good food! Thanks for your patience! 😊

I've been offered a full-time gig with Havas in the city. They offered the position to me back in October, but they've been gracious and patient with my official start date.

That being said, I have about 20 cases to make, so once I grab some kitchen time, this summer, I'll be selling those until they run out. At this time, I do not see an immediate future for the salsa biz.

I'll be back in NJ in May, and I'll keep all posted on when I'll have all flavors available. I don't have price figured out per jar, yet, but they will be sold for under $5 a jar.

Thank you for all of your recent views to the Saucy Sara's Salsa page, even though the biz has been shut down for several months. I have another long trip back to Texas, on Monday, to attend to my mom's continuing needs. I will let all know if I will be able to resume production this summer or not, soon. Good morning, salsa lovers!

Well, the inventory is almost gone. I have 9 jars of Mild, 4 jars of Verde, and 18 jars of Spicy left. I'll be leaving for another trip to Texas on Thursday - 9/25, so these are available now through Wednesday. 3 for $20, 6 for $40.

There are eight other cases to make, but they will not be made until later this fall. 😊

Hello Salsa Lovers! Just got back from TX last night, and I will be leaving again on Thursday for the holiday weekend.

I have 2 1/2 cases of Spicy, 14 jars of Verde, and 13 jars of Mild left. Between now and tomorrow is the time to grab yours before the last weekend of summer. $20 for 3, $40 for 6. Free delivery in Jersey City and Hoboken. : )
